Box Office:
Ticket Sales - Processing Orders - Distribution of VIP Passes - Ticket Sales at Theater.

Filmmaker Registration Area:
Assist filmmakers in all aspects of registration - Tickets - Attend to their needs.

General Information Desk:
Operate information desk and tend to needs as they occur.

Festival Merchandise:
Setup - Display and sales of all festival merchandise - Keep Inventory.

Seminars:
Set Up Of Venues - Ticket Sales and Check-In - Escort Speakers To And From Venues - Pre Seminar Organization.

Press:
Press Releases - Press Packages - Press Passes and All Press Needs.

Marketing:
All Aspects Of Marketing Including Film Guide - Brochures - Post Cards - Posters.

Print Traffic:
Print Control And Traffic - Responsible To Get Prints To Theater - Post Work (Return Prints To Filmmakers).

Events:
Opening & Closing Night Planning - Ticket Sales For These Events - Concert Organization.

Advertising:
All aspects of advertising.

Sponsorship:
Assist EVP and festival sponsors in all aspects of sponsorship.

Hospitality:
Responsible for festival guests (hotel booking - transportation and any logistics related to guests and advisory board members).
